Orders and Returns

Unfortunately, we’re unable to add items to an existing order. If you’d like to purchase additional items, please place a new order.

Yes, we’ve teamed up with Quiqup Courier Shipping for real-time tracking. Once shipped or ready for collection, you’ll get a message and WhatsApp notifications from Quiqup Courier with your tracking info, allowing you to follow your delivery’s progress closely.

In major cities like Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah, we offer Next Day Delivery for orders made before 2 pm UAE time. For locations such as Al Ain, the Western Region, and Ras Al Khaimah, which are more remote, we schedule deliveries on Sundays and Thursdays. Please note that deliveries to these areas may experience slight delays due to the distance involved
