Within the United Arab Emirates:

  • For areas classified as Prime Areas: for the emirates of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, orders placed before 2 p.m. are not only processed but also dispatched on the same day, ensuring next-day arrival.
  • For areas classified as Remote Areas, deliveries are meticulously scheduled on Sundays and Thursdays. We kindly ask for your patience and anticipate additional transit time for these locations.

International Orders:

  • With DHL International, you can anticipate a delivery window of approximately 1-5 days. However, please note that these transit times are guidelines, and deliveries subject to customs clearance might face delays.
  • Each shipment includes two delivery attempts. The delivery service extends only up to city limits, and attempts are not conducted on Fridays in Islamic countries, Saturdays & Sundays in Western countries, or during public holidays of the destination country.
  • Standard notifications regarding your delivery will be communicated through email or SMS, keeping you informed every step of the way.


If you notice an error in the delivery address due to a personal oversight, please reach out to The Feniks Forge Team. We will make every effort to liaise with the courier to correct the address. However, once an order has been shipped, we can’t always guarantee that the address can be successfully changed. Any risks and fees related to this will be the responsibility of the customer.
